Towards Africa: qualification
The main difficulty is qualification: knowing who really exists, with what capacity and which authorisations.
A corridor is not a map. It is a sequence of formalities, deadlines and documentary expectations that differ from one side to the other.
By corridor we mean all the operations that cross the Atlantic in both directions: a Canadian SME looking for a distributor, an African cooperative targeting a Canadian buyer, a funder financing a programme delivered locally.
These operations share the same mechanics: the documents expected by the person who decides are not the ones produced by the person who executes.
The main difficulty is qualification: knowing who really exists, with what capacity and which authorisations.
The main difficulty is form: a technically sound file is rejected because it lacks the expected structure, documents or terminology.
Legal base The head office and legal base are in Ottawa. Local capabilities are announced only when they are documented under a written agreement.
Each audience enters through its own situation, not through our organisation chart. The paths below lead directly to the relevant services.
Understand the market, compare territories, qualify a counterparty, prepare the first meetings.
Study Canadian demand, prepare the expected documents, find a representative, become visible.
Read the requirements, build compliance, write the technical part, submit on time.
Write the plan, cost the assumptions, prepare the file the institution expects.
Countries of operation will be listed as documented mandates allow them to be published.
A request concerning a territory that is not covered receives a reply that says so, rather than a promise to organise something.
A note on professional sport, and football in particular, is in preparation. This area is being structured.
Requests are received at the general address: contact@vectafriq.com.
