What the Company does

It builds a player file that a club, academy or training centre can use: identity verified as far as the documents allow, documented sporting record, match data where available, technical assessments by identified coaches, availability, and school and administrative situation.

It prepares introductions to host organisations, organises the exchanges and provides documentary follow-up of the process.

What the Company does not do

It does not negotiate any player contract. It does not conduct any transfer operation. It does not replace a licensed football agent, a lawyer or an immigration consultant.

It does not organise paid scouting open to the public, and it accepts no money from a family in exchange for the promise of a trial.

The process

From the request to the hand-over to a licensed professional

01A request is received and qualified.
02Documents are gathered and verified.
03A file is compiled and handed to the requester.
04When an introduction is considered, it is made on the basis of the file, with the written consent of the player or their legal representatives, and each party's role is written down before any exchange.
05As soon as a discussion concerns a contract, a paid trial or a transfer, a licensed agent and, where appropriate, a lawyer take over.

Safeguards

Minors, consent and everyone's role

Minor players

No file concerning a minor is compiled without the written consent of their legal representatives, and without the player themselves having been informed in a language they understand. International rules governing transfers of minors are restrictive. The Company treats them as a limit on its work, not as an obstacle to get around. A minor's data is shared only with the organisations identified in the consent, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Consent and data

Each file rests on written, dated and revocable consent specifying what information is shared, with whom and for how long. Images and videos are used only within the scope authorised by that consent. No file is made public.

Roles of clubs, academies and families

The club or academy remains responsible for training, supervision and its own obligations. The family retains every decision concerning the player. The Company produces and transmits documents; it does not decide a player's career and never presents itself as their representative.
