VECTAFRIQ GLOBAL PARTNERS Inc. was incorporated to address an observable problem: between Canada and the African continent, sound projects move slowly because information cannot be verified, counterparties are poorly qualified and documents fall short of what the institution, funder or decision-maker reviewing them expects.
The Company does not present itself as an accelerator. It produces what a file lacks in order to be reviewed, and it coordinates the people who carry out the work.

What guides the Company
A corridor where a Canadian company and an African company can read each other: the same documentary expectations, the same qualification criteria, the same rules of engagement written down before signing.
Traceability of every statement. Limits stated before the mandate rather than after. Writing before speaking for anything that creates a commitment. Coordination responsibility fully assumed, including when the work is carried out by a member of the network.

A single point of contact handling the qualification, documentation and coordination of a cross-border operation, with a team assembled for the mandate; aspects falling under a regulated profession are identified and then entrusted to licensed professionals.
Operating model
Twenty services grouped into five families, a twenty-step cycle applied to every mandate whatever its size, and a register of contributors mobilised mandate by mandate under written contract.
Written decisions, one lead per mandate
The Presidency directs and represents the Company. Decisions that commit the Company are made in writing. Each mandate names a coordination lead, identified to the client before work begins.
